Yield guidance of first coupon of Acron's 10-billion-ruble bonds is 11.6%
MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - OJSC Acron , one of the largest producers of mineral fertilizers in Russia, during the collection of investors' bids for three-year exchange-traded bonds of the BO-02 and BO-03 series for a total of 10 billion rubles, set the yield guidance of the first coupon at 11.6% per annum, a source in banking circles told Interfax.
This guidance corresponds to yield of 11.94% per annum to offer in one and a half years.
On November 19-20 Acron collected investors' bids on these bonds. Initially the yield guidance of the first coupon was set at 11.75%-12.25% per annum, and then it was lowered to 11.6%-11.75%.
The technical placement is planned for November 24, 2015.
