Nordgold buys GDR for $102,000, in total since start of buyback - $28.7mln
MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - Nordgold carried out its next purchase of shares during a buyback program - 35,284 GDR (0.0095% of current charter capital) for a total sum of $102,324, the company said in a statement.
The deals took place on November 16-20.
In total since the launch of Nordgold's buyback program, 10,064,919 GDR for $28.69 million were bought. The limit of funds for the buyback is $30 million.
A large part of bought shares of the company have already been cancelled: as a result of several stages of cancellation, the charter capital was reduced by 2,5698% in total from its initial size. Now the company still has 273,916 of its own shares (0.0738%) that were bought during the buyback.
