VEB leaves capital of Razgulay agricultural holding
MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - Vnesheconombank (VEB) has left the capital of Razgulay agricultural holding, the state corporation said in a statement.
VEB cut its stake in Razgulay's capital from 19.97% to 0%. The deal took place on November 26.
Earlier it was reported that this week Rusagro is planning to sign an agreement with Razgulay. The company is planning to buy about 20% of shares and 34 billion rubles of Razgulay's debt. Rusagro is not planning to receive control in the company and will become one of its shareholders.
