Putin to deliver state-of-the-nation address to Federal Assembly on Dec 3 - TV announcement

MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - The Rossiya 1 TV channel announced the broadcasting of Russian President Vladimir Putin's annual State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly on December 3.

The national address will be broadcast at 12.00 in Moscow, the TV channel's website said.

Chief of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Ivanov said earlier that Putin would deliver a State of Nation Address to the Federal Assembly in December this year. In early November the president said that the work on the document has begun.
