Kremlin not to disclose themes of president's address to Federal Assembly beforehand
MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The main themes of the Russian president's address to the Federal Assembly, which is due to be delivered on December 3, will not be disclosed beforehand, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has said.
"We never announce them," Peskov told reporters.
"The president is focused on the preparation of the address, and Tuesday and Wednesday will be the main [days] of these preparations," he said.
