We proceed from the fact that it must be created on the schedule voiced by the prime minister. We will submit these proposals February 1, perhaps submit them before the end of the year. About 3 billion rubles has been reserved for this purpose," Trutnev, who is the presidential envoy for the Far Eastern Federal District, told journalists when asked about the priority development territory in Bolshoi Kamen that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordered to be created.
