DPR leaders blame official Kyiv for violations of Donbas weapons withdrawal agreement
MOSCOW. Dec 24 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) leaders said that Ukrainian forces had not withdrawn military weapons and equipment from the frontline in Donbas.
"The weapons haven't been withdrawn, the registration numbers are not matching," DPR chief negotiator Denis Pushilin told reporters on Thursday.
"Besides that the weapons are not being withdrawn, their rotation takes place. This is prohibited in the Package of Measures [set forth in the Minsk Agreements dated February 12]. It is rotation of personnel, and not of heavy weapons, that was discussed. This constitutes a violation too," Pushilin said.
