Rostec subsidiary agrees with India on cooperation in mineral fertilizer production

MOSCOW. Dec 25 (Interfax) - RT-Chemcomposite (part of Rostec state corporation) which is under United States sectoral sanctions signed a memorandum on the implementation of projects in the field of fertilizers with the India's Hindustan Agro Co-Op Ltd Association of farmers, RT-Chemcomposite said in a statement.

The document provides for joint work for the implementation of projects for the production of urea fertilizers in Russia, production of complex fertilizers in India using biotechnology-based components developed by RT RT-Chemcomposite of silicone additives to accelerate plants growth, as well as direct deliveries of guar from agricultural producers in India to Russia.

RT-Chemcomposite is a holding company of Rostec, which includes companies and scientific centers, specializing in innovative developments in the sphere of creating new materials, technology, as well as mass production of high technology products for aerospace, aircraft, military equipment and weapons, land and water transport, energy, and chemical production for many industries.
