Interfax financial and business information services in the New Year holiday period
MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - The Moscow Exchange has decided that its main markets will work three days during the New Year and Christmas holidays in Russia - on January 4-6 inclusive.
On these days, trading on the Securities Market and Derivatives market will be conducted as usual.
All instruments will trade on the forex and Precious Metals Markets, except trades with Today settlement and swap transactions with their first parts settled on the same day. An exception will be also made for the market of standardized derivative financial instruments for which there will be no trading throughout the holidays.
In connection with this, Interfax will provide a limited financial and economic information service on January 4-6, publishing key macroeconomic indicators as well as data about the opening and closing of trade on the stock and currency markets.
