MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax) - The Moscow city traffic inspectorate may cancel the driving license issued to a Pastafarian living in Moscow who uses a photo featuring him wearing a knitted pasta strainer on his head in his official documents, a report of the inspectorate says.
"The Moscow Department of the State Inspectorate of Traffic Safety is checking reports published in some media about a driving license being issued to an individual with unusual headwear by one of the examination divisions of the department," the report posted on the inspectorate's website says.
