Russia ups oil output 1.5% in Jan
MOSCOW. Feb 2 (Interfax) - Russia's oil and gas condensate output grew 1.5% year-on-year to 46.006 million tonnes (10.8784 million barrels per day) in January 2016, the Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex (CDU TEK) said.
Rosneft produced 15.977 million tonnes of oil in January, Lukoil - 7.131 million tonnes, Surgutneftegas - 5.21 million tonnes, Gazprom Neft 3.035 million tonnes, Tatneft - 2.358 million tonnes, Slavneft - 1.286 million tonnes), Bashneft - 1.796 million tonnes and Russneft - 577 million tonnes.
Wholly Russian-owned companies and joint ventures produced 6.509 million tonnes of oil and condensate in January.
CDU TEK does not publish separate production figures for Gazprom - its figures are listed as 'estimated' output in the line for 'other producers.'
Production-sharing project operators produced 1.419 million tonnes of oil in January.
