Cost of anti-crisis plan above already budgeted 200 bln rubles - Ulyukayev

MOSCOW. Feb 5 (Interfax) - The size of the anti-crisis plan, besides the measures that were already set in the law on the budget for 2016, amounts to about 200 billion rubles and will mainly be financed with the government's anti-crisis fund, Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told journalists.

"This concerns about 200 billion rubles. This is above what was already budgeted. Directly in the law on the budget spending as part of the anti-crisis plan is about 450 billion rubles, that is, this was already written in budget articles," he said.

Commenting on the question about how spending of 200 billion rubles will be financed, Ulyukayev said, which is mainly from the government's anti-crisis fund.
