Gazprom Neft planning to raise 30 bln rubles in loans from Sberbank - company

MOSCOW. Feb 11 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft is planning to raise two loans from Sberbank for 30 billion rubles, the oil company said in a statement.

The board of directors reached the decision on February 10.

The oil company is raising two non-revolving credit facilities: one for 14.7 billion rubles repayable in five years at the Central Bank of Russia's key rate plus 2% pa, and the other for 15.3 billion rubles also repayable in five years, but at the key rate plus 1.91%.

The first is for general corporate purposes and current spending, including procurements, loans to subsidiaries and tax and customs payments; and the second is for loans to subsidiaries, tax and customs payments.
