Lenta discloses interest on VTB loan for 30 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - Lenta has disclosed the interest for VTB loan for 30 billion rubles.

Earlier the company said that the interest rate on the loan was being calculated on the basis of the three-month MosPrime Rate and agreed upon margin. Its size is 2.15%, Lenta said in materials.

On June 25 of last year Lenta signed a credit agreement with VTB for 37 billion rubles. The credit is in two installments. The first installment for 30 billion rubles was already selected by the company and the funds were allocated towards refinancing a loan from VTB Capital with repayment in 2018.

The deadline for repayment of VTB's loan is June 2022.
