Sibur Holding may place 10 bln rubles in bonds in March

MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - PJSC Sibur Holding considering placement of 10 billion rubles in 10-year bonds in March, a source in banking circles told Interfax.

The bonds, which will pay semiannual coupons, are callable after five years.

The placement date depends on the market situation and the results of pre-marketing.

Gazprombank , Rosbank , Sberbank CIB and UniCredit Bank are the issue organizers. Sberbank CIB is the placement agent.

"The company is currently studying the possibility of placing obligations. The date for the start of the placement has not been determined yet. The decision on a placement will depend on the condition of the markets, the results of pre-marketing and Sibur's need for the resource being raised," a Sibur spokesman said.

The Central Bank registered eight series of Sibur bonds totaling 60 billion rubles on December 29, 2015. Series 6-9 each total 5 billion rubles and Series 10-13 - 10 billion rubles. All of the bonds will circulate for 10 years. They are to be sold in open placements.
