Lavrov to discuss attack on Russian Embassy in Kyiv with Kerry
MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said he will discuss a recent attack on the Russian Embassy in Kyiv with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
"What counts most for the mentors of the Ukrainian authorities is to suppress any such activities [attacks on the Russian Embassy]. The mentors have a decisive influence on today's leadership in Kyiv. Today I will discuss this topic once again with the U.S. secretary of state," Lavrov said in an interview with the Ren-TV television station.
The Russian foreign minister also added that Moscow had sent "appropriate signals to European capitals."
