Gazprom setting up new subsidiary for import substitution projects

MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - Gazprom and LLC Gazprom Invest are setting up the new company LLC Gazprom 335, LLC Gazprom Capital reported.

Gazprom Capital will get a 1% interest in Gazprom 335.

The name of the new company corresponds to the name of the Department 335 (technology and development department) that the Russian gas giant created a year ago to work on import substitution projects.
