Russian LPG market should be fully liberalized in 2016 - ministry

MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - The Russian market for liquid petroleum gases (LPG) should be fully liberalized in 2016, Deputy Energy Minister Kirill Molodtsov said at a meeting of the Energy Ministry's public council.

"Organized trading in liquid petroleum gas has been launched. We expect this market will be fully liberalized," Molodtsov said
