EvrazHolding Finance to take bids for 10 bln-15 bln rubles in bonds on Friday

MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - EvrazHolding Finance, an SPV for steel and mining giant Evraz, will hold book building for 10 billion-15 billion rubles in five-year bonds between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. Moscow time on Friday, a banking sector source told Interfax.

Yield guidance for the first coupon is 12.5%, corresponding to yield of 12.89%-13.26% to maturity.

The bonds should be placed on the exchange on March 29.

Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital and Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) are organizing the placement.

EvrazHolding Finance has three "classic" bond issues worth a total of 35 billion rubles at face value outstanding.
