State Duma speaker congratulates 'citizens of all civilized countries' on Crimea-Russia reunification anniversary

MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin has congratulated the people of Russia and citizens of 'civilized countries' on the second anniversary of Russia-Crimea reunification.

"Let us congratulate each other, all citizens of our country and citizens of all civilized countries on the second anniversary of Crimea-Russia reunification," Naryshkin said at a State Duma meeting on Friday.

Agreements on the accession of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia were signed two years ago, on March 18, 2014.
