RusHydro to hold book building on March 30 for bonds for 15 bln rubles

MOSCOW. March 28 (Interfax) - RusHydro is planning to collect investors' bids for 15 billion rubles in 3-year bonds on March 30 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Moscow time , a source in banking circles told Interfax.

Indicative coupon yield is 10.75%-11% per annum, which corresponds to yield for repayment in the amount of 11.04%-11.3% per annum.

The technical placement of bonds is planned for a week starting on April 4.

VTB Capital , Sberbank CIB and Gazprombank are the organizers.
