ING Bank (Eurasia) to hold book building for 5 bln rubles in bonds on April 1 - source

MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - ING Bank (Eurasia) plans to hold book building for 5 billion rubles in five-year series Bo-01 exchange-traded bonds between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time on April 1, a banking sector source told Interfax.

Coupon guidance is 10.5%-10.75% pa, corresponding to yield of 10.92%-11.19% to offer in two years.

The coupon period is three months.

The bonds will be placed on the exchange on or around April 5.

The organizers are Raiffeisenbank and UniCredit Bank .
