EvrazHolding places 15 bln rubles in bonds
MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - EvrazHolding Finance, an SPV for steel and mining giant Evraz, has fully placed an issue of five-year bonds totaling 15 billion rubles (series 001P-01R), the company said in a statement.
Book-building for the bonds took place on March 18. The book initially offered bonds totaling 10 billion-15 billion rubles, but received bids for the maximum amount, 15 billion rubles.
The rate guidance for the first coupon was originally set at 12.5%-12.85%, then lowered to 12.4%-12.75% and finally to 12.4%-12.65%. Demand totaled 20 billion rubles.
The rate of the first coupon, as well as the second-tenth coupons, was set at 12.6% annually.
Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital and Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) organized the placement.
