Russia's national definition money supply expands 0.8% in February - Central Bank
MOSCOW. March 31 (Interfax) - Russia's M2 national definition money supply increased 0.8% to 35.105 trillion rubles in February 2016, the Central Bank of Russia reported on its website.
Money supply declined 2.0% in January-February 2016.
As of March 1, money supply growth had slowed slightly to 10.7% in annual terms, from 10.8% on February 1.
M2 is defined as total cash in circulation (outside banks) and balances in the domestic currency on accounts of resident non-financial organizations, financial organizations (except for credit organizations) and individuals.
