Novak hoping for success in talks on oil production freeze at Doha
MOSCOW. April 8 (Interfax) - Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak is hoping for success in talks at Doha, Qatar with oil-producing countries on the freeze of oil production, he told journalists.
He noted also that for now Russia is considering the proposal on the freeze of oil production at January's levels, as was planned before.
"Of course, we are hoping for success, otherwise we would not undertake this. Now January is being discussed, as we agreed. Maybe other proposals will be put forward, but I know nothing about them," the minister said.
