Putin appoints heads of Interior Ministry's drug control, migration departments
MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed orders appointing the heads of the Interior Ministry's main departments on migration and drug control, the Kremlin press service said on Wednesday.
Internal Service Col. Olga Kirillova has been appointed as the Head of the Main Department on Migration Issues, and Police Maj. Gen. Andrei Khrapov has become the Head of the Main Department on Drug Control at the Russian Interior Ministry.
