LPR militia reports downing of two Ukrainian army drones
LUHANSK. April 13 (Interfax) - Air defense forces of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) have downed two Ukrainian army drones, LPR militia spokesman Andrei Marochko has said.
"Two Ukrainian drones were downed in the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic yesterday [April 12]," Marochko told reporters on Wednesday.
The Ukrainian army continues to use unmanned aerial vehicles for LPR reconnaissance purposes.
"I would like to assure the Ukrainian opponents and servicemen that their efforts are useless: air defense forces of the LPR deter every attempt of the Ukrainian army's use of unmanned aerial vehicles," Marochko said.
