Deputy Foreign Minister Karasin, EU envoy to Russia discuss Ukraine situation, Karabakh conflict

MOSCOW. April 14 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin has met with Vygaudas Usackas, Head of the EU Delegation to Russia.

"On April 14, Russian State Secretary - Deputy Foreign Minister Karasin received Head of the EU Delegation to Russia Usackas," says a report, posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry website.

The question of the Ukraine situation was raised at the meeting, with an emphasis on the need to implement the Minsk agreements. Some other issues, among them the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, were discussed, too.
