Russian govt hasn't established conflict of interest of agriculture minister due to his family's business
MOSCOW. April 20 (Interfax) - The government has not established a conflict of interests of Agriculture Minister Alexander Tkachev in connection with the business of his family.
The Agriculture Ministry said that in an answer from the government it was shown that the minister's letter from January 11, 2016 was considered, a decision was made to recognize that in fulfilling the duties of a federal minister, no conflict of interests was allowed.
It was reported that in January of this year Tkachev asked the government to evaluate the presence of a conflict of interests in connection with the fact that his family owns an agricultural business.
