Israel doing all it can to prevent modern arms from falling into Hezbollah's hands from Syria, Iran

MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - Israel is doing all it can to prevent threats to its security in the form of modern weapons falling into the hands of the Lebanese group Hezbollah from Syria and Iran, and the opening of the second anti-Israeli front in the Golan Heights, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.

"Israel has obvious and understandable red lines related to our security. First, we are doing all we can to prevent state-of-the-art weapons from falling into Hezbollah's hands from Syria and Iran," Netanyahu said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Thursday.

"Second, we are doing everything possible to prevent the emergence of a new terrorist front against us in the Golan Heights," he said.

"This is a red line that we have drawn," he said.
