Russia aluminum exports down 6.5%, copper soars nearly 24%, in Q1 - customs

MOSCOW. May 11 (Interfax) - Russian aluminum exports fell 6.5% year-on-year in January-March 2016 to 852,300 tonnes, the Federal Customs Service (FCS) said.

Nickel exports grew, by 2.7% to 54,100 tonnes and copper exports soared 23.9% to 136,500 tonnes.
