Tinkov, affiliated parties boost stake in TCS Group to 53.4% from 52.1%

MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - Oleg Tinkov, the main shareholder in TCS Group Holding, whose lead company is Tinkoff Bank , and affiliated parties have increased their stake in the company, TCS said in a statement.

Tinkov acquired 2,343,154 GDR (about 1.28% of charter capital) in the period April 19-May 4 at an average price of $3.93 each.

"As a result of this transaction, Oleg Tinkov and affiliated parties have increased their combined stake in the group's share capital to 53.38% from 52.09%," TCS said.
