Poroshenko: We will do all we can to return Nadiya Savchenko home in May

KYIV. May 23 (Interfax) - Ukraine is doing all it can to return home its military aviator Nadiya Savchenko convicted in Russia, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.

"We will do all we can so that Nadiya can return home as soon as possible. I will do everything possible to return her home this month [in May]," the Ukrainian presidential press service quoted Poroshenko as saying to journalists during a working visit to Turkey, when he was asked about Savchenko's possible exchange for the Russian citizens convicted in Ukraine.
