Kyrgyz president decides to stay on vacation in Turkey after UN forum

BISHKEK. May 25 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has taken a short-term vacation, the presidential press service told Interfax on Wednesday.

The Kyrgyz president took three days' leave starting on Wednesday, the press service said.

The Kyrgyz president went to Turkey to participate in the UN World Humanitarian Forum in Istanbul on May 22.

Atambayev will remain in Turkey for his three-day leave, the press service said.
