Gazprom Neft to hold book-building for 10 bln rubles in bonds June 3 - source

MOSCOW. June 2 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft will hold book-building for 10 billion rubles in 30-year series Bo-03 exchange-traded bonds between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on June 3, a banking sector source told Interfax.

Yield guidance for the first coupon is 10%-10.15% pa, corresponding to yield of 10.25%-10.41% to offer in three years.

The bonds will be placed on the exchange on or around June 9.

Gazprombank and Sberbank CIB are organizing the placement.
