Armenian foreign minister, intermediaries discuss resumption of Karabakh settlement talks
YEREVAN. June 3 (Interfax) - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has discussed details of prospective border incident investigation mechanisms and broader powers of the office of the personal representative of the OSCE chairperson-in-office with the OSCE Minsk Group cochairmen, the Armenian Foreign Ministry press service said.
The sides declared the importance of fulfilling the Vienna agreements as "a way to create necessary conditions for the resumption of the negotiations" on the Karabakh conflict settlement, the ministry said.
