Russia, Libya may enter into minor military-technical contracts - Chemezov
MOSCOW. June 3 (Interfax) - Minor military-technical contracts are possible with Libya, Rostec state corporation head Sergei Chemezov said in an interview with the newspaper Kommersant published on Friday.
"We used to have a $7 billion package of contracts there. Yet a serious growth in procurement is now impossible: there is an official government with no money and an opposition which we cannot supply with our arms. If any procurement happens, it is likely to be small," Chemezov said.
