Novak: possible to return to issue of oil production freeze if market falls
MOSCOW. June 3 (Interfax) - The topic of an oil production freeze may again become relevant if the price for oil again falls, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told journalists.
"If the price falls, we'll need to understand why, and perform an analysis. If it is due to considerable oversupply, then it will be possible to re-address this," he said.
