Kyiv doing everything to disrupt fulfillment of Minsk agreements - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. June 10 (Interfax) - Moscow is profoundly concerned about the situation on the Donbas contact line, Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said.

"The situation on the Donbas contact line causes great concern. Kyiv is doing everything to disrupt the implementation of the Minsk agreements; what is more, it is cynically trying to shift the blame onto the other side," Lukashevich said in his speech in Vienna.

The speech was published on the Russian Foreign Ministry website on Friday.

Observers from the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire regime (JCCC) observed an attack on residential areas in Donetsk and Makiivka in the small hours of Thursday, Lukashevich said. "We are expecting the SMM and the JCCC to immediately investigate and record the aftermath of those bombardments. Such provocative actions of Kyiv must be stopped at once," the Russian envoy to the OSCE said.
