DPR reports night shellings by Ukrainian military
DONETSK. June 12 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian security forces shelled Yasynuvata, as well as Makiivka and its outskirts, by night, using artillery, leaving one man injured, a representative of security forces of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic told reporters.
"Over the night, 15 122mm shells and 25 152mm shells were fired on Yasynuvata from the direction of Avdiivka [the populated area controlled by the Ukrainian military]. Twenty 122mm shells were fired on Makiivka. A private residential house was hit, a man was wounded. The emergency situations agency is working on the scene," the interlocutor told reporters.
The town of Yasynivka was also subjected to a shelling, the source said. The Ukrainian military used the artillery of the 152mm caliber there, according to the source. "In total, 12 shells were fired on Yasynivka," the source said.
