Ukraine keeps stalling fulfillment of Minsk agreements - Kremlin
ST. PETERSBURG. June 16 (Interfax) - Kyiv keeps stalling the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Indeed, the Ukrainian side keeps stalling the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements," Peskov told reporters on Thursday.
The Kyiv authorities have no other way but to fulfill the obligations undertaken under the Minsk agreements, he said.
"There is no alternative to compliance with the written provisions," Peskov said.
