N. Korean Foreign Ministry announces plans to increase military deterrent forces able to neutralize American threat
MOSCOW. July 8 (Interfax) - North Korea will continue to boost its military deterrent potential in response to U.S. actions on the Korean peninsula that create the threat of war, the North Korean Foreign Ministry said.
"In response to the machinations of the U.S., which, having used nuclear strategic means, has pushed the situation on the Korean peninsula to the limit and is even seeking superiority in ultramodern armaments, we will comprehensively increase our powerful military deterrent forces, which are able to render them powerless by one strike," the North Korean Consulate General in Vladivostok said in a press release with reference to a representative of the North Korean Foreign Ministry
