LPR accuses Ukrainian side of disrupting meeting of political subgroup on Donbas in Minsk

LUHANSK. July 13 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian side during today's meeting of the participants in the political subgroup has not made any proposals on the conflict settlement, plenipotentiary representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) to the Trilateral Contact Group for conflict settlement in Donbas Vladislav Deinego said.

"Ukraine in the political subgroup has not presented anything, the group practically has not started work," the Luhansk information center quoted Deinego as saying.

He said that at the previous meeting the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's (OSCE) political subgroup coordinator Pierre Morel addressed the Ukrainian side "with a strong request to present its stance in written form, because all the previous statements of the Ukrainian representatives came down to 'I do not agree'."

"Today Ukraine has not voiced its stance on the issues on the agenda of the discussion, it is nothing to discuss in fact," he added.

"Even those several hours, which could be used for work, were wasted," he said.
