'Regime of quiet' in place all over Syria until 11:59 p.m. on July 14 - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. July 14 (Interfax-AVN) - Groups of the Jabhat al-Nusra and Islamic State (ISIL) terrorist organizations, both outlawed in Russia, continue to obstruct the conclusive establishment of a cessation of hostilities in Syria, the Russian center for reconciliation of the opposing sides in Syria said in a report on Wednesday.

"In the past 24 hours, terrorists have used multiple-launch rocket systems and mortars against the populated localities of Bash Kuy, Ansar and Rityan in Aleppo Province, as well as the Al-Assad, Sheikh Maqsood, Meydan and the Al-Nayrab airport in the city of Aleppo," it said.

The number of armed units that have announced their commitment to accepting and abiding by the cessation of hostilities terms remains unchanged, still standing at 61, it said.

The center's report was published on the Russian Defense Ministry's website on Wednesday.
