Putin underlines particular cruelty, cynicism of Nice terror attack's organizers
MOSCOW. July 15 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin underlined the particular cruelty and cynicism of the terror attack committed in southern France.
"The crime in Nice, which caused deaths and injuries, including those of Russian citizens, was perpetrated with particular cruelty and particular cynicism," Putin said in an address aired by Russian television.
