PIK Group of Cos to hold book building on Aug 3 for bonds for 10 bln rubles

MOSCOW. July 26 (Interfax) - PJSC PIK Group of Companies will hold book building on August 3 for 10-year, Bo-01, Bo-02 and Bo-07 series bonds for a total placement of 10 billion rubles, a source in banking circles told Interfax.

The yield guidance for the first coupon was set at 12.5%-13% per annum, which corresponds to yield on offer in three years of 12.89%-13.42% per annum.

The day of the placement is August 5.

The organizer is Otkritie FC Bank .
