Putin to commemorate Russian warriors, who perished in Slovenia in 2 world wars, during visit to this country on July 30 - Peskov

MOSCOW. July 27 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Slovenia on July 30 will include a working program and a memorial part, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.

"The visit will have a memorial part and a substantive part, talks will be held in the narrow format and in the format of delegations, a press conference will be held," Peskov told journalists.

As for the memorial part, this is Putin's attendance at a ceremony on the occasion of the centennial anniversary of the building of a Russian chapel near the Vrsic Pass, as well as the inauguration of a monument to Russian and Soviet warriors in Ljubljana that perished in Slovenia during the First and Second World Wars.
