Enel Russia head of external relations Stephane Zweguintzow appointed board chairman again

MOSCOW. July 28 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Enel Russia re-elected company head of external relations Stephane Zweguintzow as its chairman, the company said.

The head of the Europe and North Africa regional divisions at Enel SpA Roberto Antonio Enzo Deambrogio was appointed the deputy chairman of the board.

Zweguintzow has been in charge of the board since 2013. He has worked at Enel for more than 15 years. He was in charge of the representative office of the company in Moscow and at Enel's Russian division for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons.

It was reported earlier that shareholders at an annual meeting in June elected a new board of directors, on which there were five new members: Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (Europe) senior vice president Denis Mosolov; Marco Proietti, efficiency director in the global generation division of Enel SpA; Giovanni Bertolino, director of production development and business development in the global generation division of Enel SpA; and Alexandra Burcea of the Eastern Europe planning and control division of Enel SpA and Taiga Capital (UK) Limited director Alexander Arthur John Williams.
