Central Elections Commission registers Communists of Russia election list
MOSCOW. Aug 3 (Interfax) - The Russian Central Elections Commission on Wednesday registered a federal list of candidates to the State Duma of the seventh convocation nominated by the party Communist Party Communists of Russia.
A relevant decree was adopted at the Central Elections Commission meeting, an Interfax correspondent has reported.
In accordance with the adopted document, the Central Elections Commission has registered a list of candidates from Communists of Russia, which has 375 names.
Thus, the Central Elections Commission has now registered the lists of ten parties: LDPR, A Just Russia, the Communist Party (CPRF), Civil Platform, Green Party, Patriots of Russia, Party of Growth, PARNAS, Civil Force and the Communist Party Communists of Russia.
The State Duma elections will be held in Russia on the unified voting day, September 18. According to the new electoral legislation, they will be conducted according to a mixed system: 225 deputies will be elected by party lists and another 225 - by one-mandate constituencies.
