Alfa-Bank to hold book building on Aug 9 for 5 bln ruble bonds

MOSCOW. Aug 4 (Interfax) - Alfa-Bank will collect investors' bids for 15-year BO-16 series bonds for 5 billion rubles on August 9 from 11:00 a.m. Moscow time until 5:00 p.m., a source in banking circles told Interfax.

The yield guidance for the first coupon was set at 9.9%-10.1% per annum, which corresponds to yield on offer in two years of 10.15%-10.36% per annum.

The bonds will be placed with semiannual coupons on August 11.

The bank will offer the bonds to the market independently.
